How long will my order take?
Every Ivory Nest book is made to order and requires approximately 5–10 business days for production and printing. Shipping time begins after production is complete and will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us within seven days of delivery at hello@ivorynest.co. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every Ivory Nest product is made to order and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for correctly produced items.
Can I send a personalized book directly as a gift?
Yes! Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address during checkout, and we'll send the order directly to them. You can also add your personal message and name to the book's dedication page.
Can you correct a misspelled name after the order is placed?
Contact us immediately at hello@ivorynest.co with your order number and the correct spelling. We'll do our best to update it before production begins, but changes may not be possible once the book is being created.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Please contact us at hello@ivorynest.co as quickly as possible if you notice an error. Because personalized orders can enter production quickly, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
Where do I enter the personalization details?
You'll enter the requested personalization directly on the product page before adding the book to your cart. Please double-check all names, dates, capitalization, and dedication wording carefully before submitting your order.
Will my child's name appear throughout the story?
Yes! Your child's name appears on the cover and throughout the book, making them part of the story.
Can I include a personal dedication?
Yes. Every Ivory Nest book includes a personalized dedication page where you can add a heartfelt message and the sender's name, creating an even more meaningful keepsake.
