At Ivory Nest, every item is made to order and personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

However, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@ivorynest.co with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll make it right.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
