Shipping time begins after production is complete and will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please contact us within seven days of delivery at hello@ivorynest.co. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement at no additional charge.

Can you correct a misspelled name after the order is placed?
