Shipping time begins after production is complete and will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?
Please contact us within seven days of delivery at hello@ivorynest.co. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every Ivory Nest product is made to order and personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for correctly produced items.
Can I send a personalized book directly as a gift?

Can you correct a misspelled name after the order is placed?
